At the MSLC we have a great range of Group Fitness Classes that are appropriate for all fitness levels. Our variety of classes are targeted to suit all age groups and we even have classes that run in the pool!

BODY PUMP


This Les Mills designed class is targeted at any fitness level and provides a non-impact, full body workout using barbells & weights to music

A class designed for all fitness levels were you can tone and shape your body the old fashion way with a step and some killer beats 


 
BODY ATTACK

 Another Les Mills designed class the involves simple high intensity aerobic, strength and stabilisaition exercises. This rapid calorie burning class is designed to accomidate all fitness levels.

 
BALANCE, MIND & SPIRIT



A beautiful blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi set to calm and relaxing music. The perfect way to workout, relax and rejuvenate.
 
AQUA MOVERS



All the benefits of water exercises encorporated into one fun class. Designed for all fitness levels this class uses the resistance of water, body weight and waterbased assessories to give a full body workout.
ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS




Gentle low impact exercises carefully designed to accomidate the needs of older adults.
