At the MSLC we have a great range of Group Fitness Classes that
are appropriate for all fitness levels. Our variety of classes are
targeted to suit all age groups and we even have classes that run in the pool!
BEGINNERS SPIN CLASSES now running on Tuesdays at 6.00pm.

Aqua Movers – All the benefits of water exercise. Full of fun and enjoyment.
Attack IT – High intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. Rapid Calorie burner.
Balance Mind & Spirit – A beautiful blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi set to music. The perfect way to rejuvenate.
Hii/Low— Challenge your body to a mix of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training); and Strength and Toning core work. There will be floor work (with some moderation).
Pump IT – Non-impact class, full body workout using barbells and weights to music.
Shape – A Combination of strength and cardio training suitable for all levels of fitness.
Using STEP, dumbbells, weights and balls to give you a Full Body Workout.
Spinning – Indoor cycling class. High intensity cardio workout to music
Strength Training ‘Active Older Adults’ - Light strength training, bodyweight bearing exercises to music.
Aqua Therapy and Mature Muscles – Maryborough District Health Services Facilitated Physio Groups. Contact the hospital for further information.
